Due to his focus on other special affairs, Chen Deqi applied to resign from his position as executive director and deputy general manager of the company, and did not hold other positions in the company. Chen Deqi's resignation from the post of executive director will not cause the number of members of the board of directors of the company to be less than the minimum quorum and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the company. Chen Deqi's resignation application shall take effect from the date when it is served on the board of directors of the company.
