At the unveiling ceremony, Hunan Aimin insurance was presented to representatives of outdoor workers to add warmth to the cold winter. The leaders attending the meeting also talked with the representatives of outdoor workers on site to understand their work, family and life, and told everyone to report their difficulties and problems to trade union organizations at all levels.

Through early visits to investigate the outlets in the urban area, the offline fixed-point love service wall has widely collected the practical needs of outdoor workers for work, and accurately connected the needs of workers by relying on the transformation of outlets. At present, under the guidance of Hunan Federation of trade unions, Hunan Guoshou Property Insurance Co., Ltd. and its brother company Guoshou Property Insurance Co., Ltd. rely on the existing network resources, select the network with convenient transportation and dense flow of people, build 312 outdoor labor stations, covering 14 cities in the province, and build a love service network covering a wide range to ensure that outdoor workers go wherever they go, Can enjoy the intimate service of benefiting the people, so that love is within reach and care reaches to the bottom of my heart.

The outdoor workers’ post station mainly serves sanitation workers, traffic police, bus drivers, taxi drivers, couriers, online meal delivery workers, construction workers, municipal workers and other urban outdoor workers. The post station will become the “warm nest”, “gas station” and “rest place” for the majority of outdoor workers, so that they can have a place to warm in the cold, a place to cool in the hot, a hot water supply in the thirst, and a stop to rest in the tired. Walking into the post station, the clean and tidy hall is equipped with clean and tidy tables and chairs, free multifunctional charging equipment, fully functional microwave oven, simple sewing kit, basic medical emergency drugs, water dispenser, refrigerator and other convenient facilities. According to the types of business outlets and different post stations in the workplace, clarify the responsibilities of personnel, ensure that damaged items are supplemented and replaced in time, and configure disposable supplies such as drugs, mineral water and raincoats according to seasonal characteristics.
