Yunnan Energy Investment Co.Ltd(002053) on the evening of January 18, it was announced that the company held a meeting of the board of directors on the same day and considered and approved the proposals on the investment and construction of Jinzhong wind farm phase I project by huizeyun energy investment new energy development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, and Yongning wind farm project by hongheyun energy investment new energy development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary. The total investment of the two projects is 7.085 billion yuan.
The company agrees that the wholly-owned subsidiary huizeyun energy investment new energy development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huize company”) will invest in the construction of Jinzhong wind farm phase I project, with a total installed capacity of 350MW and a total dynamic investment of RMB 2.355 billion (including working capital of RMB 10.5 million).
Jinzhong wind farm is located in Huize County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province. It is one of the 31 wind power base projects listed in the planning for appropriate development and utilization of new energy in appropriate areas of Yunnan Province.
The announcement shows that the development, construction and operation of the project will help the company build an integrated benchmark demonstration project of China’s high-altitude wind power base and lay a good foundation for new installation in the future. The operation of the project will increase the company’s installed capacity by 350000 kW, train a group of technicians and managers for the development, construction, operation and maintenance of new energy projects, train a group of business backbone, enhance the company’s ability of investment, construction, operation and maintenance of new energy projects, and help to strengthen and optimize the new energy board.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of phase I project of Jinzhong wind farm, the company agrees to increase the registered capital of Huize company by 471 million yuan, which will be injected by stages according to the implementation progress of phase I project of Jinzhong wind farm.
At the same time, Yunnan Energy Investment Co.Ltd(002053) agreed to invest in the construction of Yongning wind farm project by Honghe Yunneng investment new energy development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, with an installed capacity of 750mW and a total dynamic investment of RMB 4.73 billion (including working capital of RMB 22.5 million).
