This is an important “son” of the company in the original and distribution centers of wild edible fungi such as Tricholoma matsutake, which is conducive to the rational allocation of assets and improve the industrial chain of wild edible fungi.
It is understood that from Yunnan Bowin Technology Industry Co.Ltd(600883) 2019, through its Kunming Bowen, it began to get involved in the wild edible fungus business, successively registered the “greera” brand and created the wechat sales platform of “greera official mall”. Since 2021, the company has made bold exploration in the “industrial chain” of edible wild fungi: in June, Shangri La Bowen processing base was listed in Shangri La; In July, mushuihua branch and “greera” sales entity store opened in Yunnan mushuihua flower wild fungus comprehensive wholesale market; The direct sales center of Bowen Food Co., Ltd. was officially listed for business in Shangri La wild fungus (Tricholoma matsutake) trading Park, No. 10, Kangzhu Avenue, Shangri La; In August, greera brand raw material base was officially put into operation in Jidi village, Shangri La city; The company’s products began to enter Kunming, and the box horse was fresh. Shangri la is the main origin and distribution center of wild edible fungi such as Tricholoma matsutake in Yunnan Province. Shangri La Bowen is one of the two business entities of Yunnan Bowin Technology Industry Co.Ltd(600883) edible fungi business. The acquired assets include the assets located in the east of Kangzhu Avenue, Jiantang Town, Shangri La (in the matsutake Park, East Ring Road, shangri la). It is the core distribution center of matsutake transactions in Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It has good location advantages, which is conducive to corporate image display, brand promotion and improving market competitiveness. The subject asset of the acquisition was originally the business place for processing, storage, transportation and sales of Tricholoma matsutake of Shengbao food company, which is conducive to solving the problem of rapid construction of production capacity in the main production area of Tricholoma matsutake, saving the time and cost of new production capacity, and meeting the company’s edible fungus business development, production and operation needs.
The company said that after the completion of this asset acquisition, it will build a processing and operation base with Tricholoma matsutake and its products and other edible mushroom products as the main products based on the core main production area of Shangri La, and further improve the industrial chain of raw material acquisition, primary processing, transit storage and transportation and sales operation.
