Huawei insiders confirmed to Shanghai Securities News on May 23 that Wang Chenglu, who once led the development of Hongmeng system, had left Huawei.
Wang Chenglu graduated from Harbin University of technology with a doctor of engineering. He once served as the president of Huawei's terminal BG software department. He was the main person in charge of Huawei Hongmeng system, and later served as the president of Huawei's consumer business AI and smart full scene business department. At present, the official authentication of its personal microblog involving Huawei and Hongmeng has been cancelled.
According to market news, Wang Chenglu's next stop is Shenzhen KaiHong Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "shenkaihong"). Shenkaihong is also an important enterprise in Hongmeng open source ecology. Hubble Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huawei, holds 20% of shenkaihong's shares.
