Recently, Ningxia held the third online “entrepreneurship innovation cultivation action” science and technology policy publicity and implementation training course. A total of 14000 people from enterprises, parks and science and technology management departments in the region learned hot policies. The reporter learned from the Ningxia science and Technology Department on May 18 that more than a year since the launch of the action, the awareness of enterprise innovation has been further stimulated, and the registration of technology contracts in the whole region increased by 66.86% year-on-year in 2021.
At the beginning of last year, Ningxia science and Technology Department launched the initiative to cultivate entrepreneurs’ innovative spirit. Through various forms such as Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co.Ltd(300959) Unicom, linkage within and outside the region, and the combination of training and research, Ningxia science and Technology Department organized and carried out training in the whole region by industrial fields, counties, cities and regions, so as to understand science and technology policies, teach innovative methods for entrepreneurs and actively improve their awareness of innovation and creation. Up to now, the region has held 45 training activities, and has trained more than 30000 enterprise managers, technicians and financial personnel.
“The effect of nurturing action is obvious.” Ma Xiaoming, director of the High Tech Department of Ningxia science and Technology Department, said. In 2021, the technology transactions of enterprises in the region were more active, with a total of 3127 technology contracts registered; Among the key R & D plans of the autonomous region, 326 projects were undertaken by enterprises, with a year-on-year increase of 11.26%; 1079 enterprises in the region enjoyed subsidies after R & D expenses, with a year-on-year increase of 57.75%; 109 enterprises enjoyed the reward of new R & D expenses of above designated industrial enterprises, with a year-on-year increase of 13.54%.
Through training, the number of scientific and technological enterprises declared and cultivated by various enterprises has increased significantly. In 2021, Ningxia added more than 60 new national high-tech enterprises, newly cultivated 270 autonomous region science and technology giant enterprises, science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises and agricultural high-tech enterprises, and newly identified 20 autonomous region innovative demonstration enterprises, with varying degrees of growth compared with 2020.
At the same time, the innovation ability of entrepreneurs has been effectively improved. Ma Xiaoming told reporters that through training, entrepreneurs have mastered the latest situation of scientific and technological innovation outside China, key policies of scientific and technological innovation inside and outside the region, the development frontier of nine key industries and hot spots of technological innovation in the autonomous region, and made progress in enterprise management, operation, technological innovation, talent training and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.
