Strengthen monitoring and early warning, closely track the dynamic changes of the market, timely find and properly solve the emerging, tendentious and potential problems. Strengthen the connection between the central and local grain reserve rotation arrangements, supervise and guide enterprises to reasonably arrange the timing and rhythm of Grain Reserve rotation, and effectively play the regulatory role of reserve throughput.
