The project is carried out in stages. Phase I was officially put into operation in July last year, and basically met the design expectation. It has the resource utilization and disposal capacity of waste salt of 25000 tons / year. Up to now, the construction of phase II 25000 T / a production line has been completed and mass production has been successfully realized. The company’s waste salt project has an annual capacity of 50000 tons of waste salt residue resource utilization and disposal. At present, the maximum disposal capacity per day has reached 100 tons, and the annual contract tonnage has been signed is 33900 tons. According to Shen Xin, at present, the operation of the company’s waste salt project is carried out in an orderly manner. The phase I production line has basically realized full load production, and the newly-built phase II production line is constantly undergoing equipment commissioning and process optimization, so as to achieve full load production in the short term.
Pharmaceutical and chemical wastewater has the characteristics of difficult degradation, high salinity and complex composition. It is difficult to treat and poses a great threat to the environment. The waste salt project adopts the “low temperature oxygen free graded critical carbonization cracking furnace process” to realize the “harmless, reduction and resource” disposal of industrial waste salt. Through this technology, the components harmful to the environment and human body in the waste salt are removed, and the high-purity sodium chloride and sodium sulfate meeting the needs of industrial products are recovered, which can be directly sold as by-products.
