Reason for resigning as an independent director: Yang Rongchen

3 Hunan Gold Corporation Limited(002155) announced on May 22 that Yang ronghua applied to resign as an independent director of the company for personal reasons, and resigned as chairman of the audit committee and member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the special committee of the board of directors accordingly. Yang ronghua’s resignation will take effect on the date when the new independent director is elected at the general meeting of shareholders of the company.
