On May 22, Jiangxi Jovo Energy Co.Ltd(605090) ( Jiangxi Jovo Energy Co.Ltd(605090) ) disclosed that the company planned to purchase 100% shares of Sichuan Yuanfeng Sentai Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sentai energy”), with a transaction consideration of 1.8 billion yuan.
Jiangxi Jovo Energy Co.Ltd(605090) said that the company plans to pay 600 million yuan in cash, 120 million yuan in shares and 1.08 billion yuan in convertible bonds. After the acquisition of Sentai energy, the company will obtain an important fulcrum in terms of “land gas” resources and officially form a dual gas source pattern of “Sea gas + land gas”.
