Tbea Co.Ltd(600089) issued an announcement to explain the matters related to the photovoltaic power generation project of Xingtang company, a fourth level subsidiary of Tbea Co.Ltd(600089) in the media.
The announcement pointed out that the Xingtang 200MW photovoltaic project is invested and constructed by the Tbea Co.Ltd(600089) fourth level subsidiary Xingtang company as the main body. In the process of promoting the Xingtang 200MW photovoltaic project, there are some problems, such as poor mass work, non-standard contract signing procedures, lack of supervision, construction violations and other problems. At present, the construction of the project has been stopped. Relevant departments have filed an investigation on the crime of suspected sabotage of production and operation during the construction of Xingtang company, and taken compulsory measures of criminal detention for the project leader according to law, but the relevant investigation has not been completed. Xingtang 200MW photovoltaic project is still in the early stage of project construction, with less capital investment. This event has little impact on Tbea Co.Ltd(600089) operation.
