Support the development of new energy vehicles to the countryside, encourage places where conditions permit to carry out green smart appliances to the countryside, and promote the consumption of rural residents by means of enterprises transferring profits and reducing the proportion of down payment. Guide production enterprises to actively develop daily consumer goods, large household appliances, building materials, furniture and automobiles suitable for the rural market, and promote the upgrading of rural durable consumer goods.
In recent years, China has continuously optimized the layout of County Commerce and trade facilities, unblocked circulation channels, enriched the supply of county and township consumer markets, and greatly improved the consumption convenience and selectivity of county and township residents. Up to now, the national supply and marketing cooperative system has built 448000 rural comprehensive service cooperatives, 10802 distribution centers and 832000 chain distribution outlets in counties.
According to the analysis of China Post securities, the retail sales of rural consumer goods reached 570.6 billion yuan last November, a year-on-year increase of 4.8%.
