Commencement of phase I project of Shenzhen Jiangxi port industry city special cooperation zone

On May 20, the first phase project of Shenzhen Jiangxi port industry city special cooperation zone led by tiesiyuan and jointly participated by China Railway 25th Bureau, China Railway 11th Bureau and other units started. The phase I project of Shenzhen Jiangxi port industry city special cooperation zone is the key supporting infrastructure of Ganzhou international dry port, China’s eighth land port open to the outside world China Railway Construction Corporation Limited(601186) consortium is responsible for the phase I project of Shenzhen Jiangxi port industry city special cooperation zone, which is located in Nankang District, Ganzhou City. It mainly includes warehousing and standard workshop and ancillary facilities in the comprehensive protection zone, import and export commodity exhibition center and ancillary facilities, phase II project and ancillary facilities of international timber distribution center, and road works. The project adopts the new mode of “equity cooperation + EPC”, the construction period is three years, and the total investment is about 4.71 billion yuan.
