The IP address of the account displayed on the platform is the network location when the user publishes videos or comments. The domestic account is displayed to provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government), and the overseas account is displayed to countries (regions). The IP address of the account is subject to the information provided by the operator. The user cannot actively open or close the relevant display for the time being.
