Musk: Tesla is setting up a core Litigation Department to report directly to me

On May 21, Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced on twitter that Tesla was establishing a core Litigation Department to directly initiate and execute litigation. The team will report directly to themselves. Musk promised, "for our fair cases, we will never seek victory, even if we may win; in unfair litigation, we will never surrender or reconcile, even if we may lose."
