Support enterprises to form industrial alliances (consortia) and build a platform and professional enterprise group with international competitiveness. Support automobile enterprises to jointly develop and produce products through technology, brand, equity investment and capacity cooperation, improve industrial concentration and capacity utilization, and realize large-scale and intensive development.
