On May 20, Yajule issued a voluntary announcement that it has fully repaid the balance of Hong Kong dollar loans of HK $3344.7 million and US $60 million.
The announcement shows that the above credit is a credit agreement entered into by Yajule (as the borrower) on May 21, 2018. Under the agreement, agile was granted two term loan facilities with an amount of about HK $8.834 billion (with an additional amount increase right of about HK $2.5 billion) and US $200 million for a period of 48 months. Prior to that, on November 19, 2021, Yajule repaid part of the Hong Kong dollar loan and US dollar loan in the above credit.
Yajule said that after the repayment of the above loan balance, Yajule had no outstanding credit as of May 20.
