Financial Associated Press, May 20, Shandong Yulong Gold Co.Ltd(601028) announced that Yurun gold, a wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to acquire 100% equity of nqm gold 2 Pty Ltd held by CQT, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianye gold, in cash, in order to obtain the control right of pajinge gold mine held by the target company. The transaction consideration of this transaction is 903 million yuan.
