Bestore Co.Ltd(603719) announced that the shareholders Zhuhai hilling Tianda equity investment management center (limited partnership), Hh lppz (HK) Holdings Limited and Ningbo hilling Zhiyuan investment partnership (limited partnership) are persons acting in concert, holding 30111977 shares of the company, accounting for 7.51% of the total share capital of the company. The above reduction entities plan to reduce the total number of shares of the company through centralized bidding from June 14, 2022 to November 20, 2022, block trading or agreement transfer from May 26, 2022 to November 20, 2022, which shall not exceed 6% of the total share capital of the company.
