On May 18, the author came to Xudong toy factory, Songshuling village workshop in Dongtang town. Nearly 100 women were active in various production lines. They had a clear division of labor and completed the assembly of toy parts in a safe and orderly manner. Huang shaoni, who worked in the workshop, was once a treasure mother. She admitted that after becoming the warehouse keeper of the workshop, her life became busy and full. "I've been working here for a month. I'm the warehouse keeper here. I usually unload the goods when a car comes. I distribute the materials to everyone every day, and the finished products are loaded and pulled away. It's good to work here. I can take care of my family, and the boss cares about everyone," she said

In the toy production line, toy accessories are successively transmitted through the conveyor belt. The workshop is elongated. Huang Yingjuan is responsible for 28 female workers in the production line. Her task is to ensure that the production line can not be stopped, arrange the daily workload of the sisters, and pack their assembled toys. "Most of the workers in the Rural Revitalization workshop are rural left behind women, who can't go out to work because they take care of their families. Now the Rural Revitalization workshop is opened at the door of their home. It's very convenient to send the children to work in the morning and pick them up after school in the afternoon!" Huang Yingjuan said.

Songshuling Rural Revitalization workshop is the first Rural Revitalization workshop completed and put into operation in Dongtang town. Through renting the workshop and cooperating with Xudong toy factory in Dongtang Town, it carries out manual production such as toy assembly, and some toys are exported overseas. The technical difficulty of toy assembly in this workshop is not high. The employees can settle their wages on time, which can increase their monthly income by 25003500 yuan and the management income by more than 4000 yuan. At the same time, the workshop also gives priority to the employment of poverty relief households with employment intention. At present, 15 poverty relief households have been employed, so as to realize the effective connection between consolidating and improving the achievements of poverty relief and Rural Revitalization.
It is reported that Renhua's Rural Revitalization workshop adopts the mode of "government + company + workshop + farmers" to drive the employment of local labor force, increase the income of rural collective economy and promote the development of town economy. At present, the introduced enterprises in the county have built four rural revitalization workshops, involving fruit and vegetable processing, handicraft processing, toy assembly and textile processing. Dongtang town is also preparing to build three rural revitalization workshops, which are expected to be completed by the end of this year. It is expected to create more than 800 jobs and drive farmers to increase their income.
