Yuexiu real estate (00123) announced that the issuance scale of the second phase of corporate bonds of Guangzhou urban construction and Development Co., Ltd. in 2022 will not exceed RMB 2.15 billion; It will be divided into two varieties: 5-year and 7-year. The proceeds of the company’s bonds shall be used by the issuer to repay the principal and other relevant terms of the bonds.
