The LPG pump truck developed by Jingmen Hongtu this time can be used together with small LPG storage tanks to directly fill the small storage tanks with LPG, which is similar to the oil tank truck filling the storage tanks of gas stations. It is an important link in the promotion and implementation of LPG micro pipe network mode in China. The special pump truck passed the three new reviews, marking that the enterprise has become one of the only two suppliers of LPG micro pipe network equipment in China.
The LPG micro pipe network solution aims to serve villages and towns that have not covered the natural gas pipeline network. The system uses a special LPG pump truck to distribute LPG from the centralized LPG storage and distribution station to the small LPG storage tanks in each village. After gasification and pressure regulation, it enters each household through an independent village gas pipeline network, and integrates new technologies such as Internet of things, intelligence and cloud platform in the transportation process, The original gas supply mode of “bottled supply, storage and self custody” has been transformed into the mode of “centralized gas supply, decentralized intelligent micro pipe network and remote online monitoring of enterprises”, which has reduced the gas receiving cost of rural users.
Since 2017, Jingmen Hongtu and the mobile pressure vessel sub Technical Committee of the national boiler and pressure vessel Standardization Technical Committee have been committed to the research and development of the microtubule network project. After five years of research and development, Jingmen Hongtu has become one of the first two manufacturers to pass the three new reviews of LPG pump vehicles in China.
