According to the resume, Su Xinfa, born in November 1966, began working in August 1984 and entered the PICC system in November 2007. He was a member of the CPC Committee of PICC Investment Holding Co., Ltd. from February 2017 to November 2019. In November 2019, he was removed from the post of Party committee member of PICC Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and expelled from the party in October 2020; In March 2021, he resigned.
