Guangxi will establish and improve the collaborative promotion mechanism for the construction of major projects, increase support for key infrastructure of the channel, give priority to international inter provincial cooperation parks, logistics parks and major projects listed as key projects of the new western land sea channel, give priority to major projects at the autonomous region level, give preferential financial support, integrate reasonable space demand into land and space planning at all levels, and use land, forest, sea Give priority to guarantee in terms of energy consumption and other indicators.
At the same time, Guangxi supports all localities to strengthen the construction of infrastructure and supporting facilities in key parks of the new western land sea channel, and encourages existing industrial parks to apply for national and autonomous regional development zones. For the construction of water, electricity, road, gas, pipe network and other infrastructure in qualified industrial parks, priority should be given to arranging special government bonds to support, and priority should be given to reporting the investment within the central budget and relevant special fund plans of the autonomous region.
