In addition, China has broadened the “new channel” for the development of China EU, China Laos trains, signed a memorandum of cooperation with Manzhouli customs, successfully opened China Laos international freight trains and opened the North-South channel of the port. Support China Europe trains to increase the operation density, actively support the construction of Hefei China Europe train hub, and expand the freight area to provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta.
“RCEP is currently the largest and most influential free trade agreement in the world. More than 90% of the goods trade between approved members will eventually achieve zero tariff.” Xin Jianmin believes that as a comprehensive, high-quality and mutually beneficial regional trade agreement, RCEP will greatly boost the regional industrial chain and supply chain agglomeration effect, and realize the capacity link and upgrading between Anhui enterprises and countries in the region.
At 0:02 on January 1, Hefei Customs issued the first RCEP certificate of origin in Anhui Province. From January 1 to 13, Anhui Province has issued 163 RCEP certificates of origin, with a value of US $10.92 million, reducing and exempting the customs duties of the importing country for relevant enterprises by about US $550000.
