Actively guide enterprises in comprehensive bonded areas in Anhui Province to participate in the pilot qualification of general VAT taxpayers. We will support the full implementation of the policy of selective tariff collection for domestic sales in the comprehensive bonded zone. The “senseless customs clearance” at the import and export card is implemented in Hefei Economic Development and comprehensive insurance zone, and the average time spent through the card is reduced by 90%.
