The reporter found that Lanzhou Municipal People’s government, Huawei and Talkweb Information System Co.Ltd(002261) signed a strategic cooperation agreement as early as 2020, developed Lanzhou new computing industry chain with Kunpeng as the core, landed jiuxiao Kunpeng company, established Gansu Kunpeng Ecological Innovation Center, and accelerated the development of Gansu Kunpeng computing ecology by gathering policy, capital, technology, talents and other resources.
