Zero run first, Nezha firmly in the top three

According to the prospectus, 40% of the expected net fund-raising of Zero run automobile will be used for the research and development of new models, automatic driving technology, three electric system technology and so on; 25% will be used to improve production capacity, such as the construction of Hangzhou factory to be started this year and the improvement of factory automation level; 25% will be used to expand business and enhance brand awareness, including overseas businesses such as opening overseas flagship stores in the European market in 2023.

Nezha has basically established its foothold in the camp of new forces, with 8813 vehicles delivered in April, a year-on-year increase of 120%; From January to April 2022, the cumulative delivery volume was 38965, with a year-on-year increase of 240%. In recent months, Nezha’s monthly delivery volume has always ranked among the top three auto enterprises of the new power of car making, and ranked second in February and March this year.

At present, the main selling products of Nezha automobile focus on the entry-level pure electric products with about 100000 yuan. In April, 5694 Nezha V car series and 3119 Nezha u car series were delivered.

In terms of capital market, Nezha’s parent company, Hezhong new energy, has been rumored for many times that it will carry out IPO. It was reported earlier that Hezhong new energy will carry out IPO as early as the second half of this year, but Nezha said that there was no detailed information to disclose at present.

Xiaopeng’s performance is stable, and Weilai and ideal are dragged down by the supply chain

Among the three new power car enterprises of “Wei Xiaoli”, Xiaopeng’s performance is relatively stable.

In April 2022, Xiaopeng delivered 9002 vehicles. From January to April 2022, Xiaopeng delivered 43563 cars, a year-on-year increase of 136%.

In April, Xiaopeng automobile failed to “deliver more than 10000 vehicles” again, but the achievement of 9002 vehicles still made Xiaopeng the runner up in the delivery volume of new power automobile enterprises. Since September 2021, when the monthly delivery exceeded 10000 for the first time, so far, Xiaopeng automobile has only delivered 10000 vehicles in February and April 2022.

Weilai delivered 5074 vehicles in April. By the end of April 2022, Weilai had delivered 197912 intelligent electric vehicles in total. In April, Weilai was greatly affected by the shortage of supply chain. On April 9, Li Bin, chairman of Weilai automobile, said that affected by the epidemic, the company’s supply chain partners in Jilin, Shanghai, Jiangsu and other places have stopped production since March. Due to the above reasons, the delivery of vehicles of many users will be delayed recently.

Since 2022, the growth rate of Weilai automobile sales has slowed down. According to the analysis of insiders, Weilai’s high bicycle price and the current aging product strength are the important reasons for its slowdown. The main sales of 693 new cars before the launch of ec6 and EC4 will be realized in August 2026.

Weilai said that 2022 es8, ES6 and ec6 equipped with the latest intelligent cockpit hardware are expected to be released in late May, and the new big five seat SUV ES7 will also be released simultaneously. In addition, Weilai will deliver et5 models in the third quarter of 2022.

The delivery volume of ideal car in April was 4167, a new low since this year. The new ideal L9 originally planned to be released in April was also postponed due to the cancellation of Beijing auto show.

After digesting the existing spare parts inventory, it can not continue to maintain production, which has a great impact on the production of ideal cars in April, resulting in the delay of new car delivery of some users.
