According to the notice on organizing the application of winter clean heating projects in northern China in 2022, the central government will give quota awards and subsidies for clean heating transformation to cities included in the scope of support for three consecutive years. The annual award and subsidy standard is 700 million yuan for provincial capital cities and 300 million yuan for general prefecture level cities. Cities specifically designated in the state plan shall refer to the standards of provincial capital cities.
The funds mainly support relevant cities to carry out clean heating transformation in various ways such as electricity, gas, geothermal energy, biomass energy, Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) , industrial waste heat and cogeneration, and accelerate the energy-saving transformation of existing buildings.
