Passengers who cancel their reserved seats before departure can go through the refund and change procedures according to the following rules within the validity period of the ticket:
(I) change:
For the first change to the actual carrier flights of China Southern Airlines on the same voyage before June 30, 2022 (inclusive), or the actual carrier flights of China Southern Airlines on the inbound and outbound flights from Guangzhou to Zhuhai, Shenzhen and Huizhou, the change fee will be exempted.
