In order to welcome and commemorate the Hangzhou Asian Games, the people’s Bank of China officially issued gold and silver commemorative coins for the 19th Asian Games in 2022 on April 28. The issuing ceremony was located at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium.
At the issuing ceremony, Yang Changyan, vice president of Hangzhou central sub branch of the people’s Bank of China, read out the announcement of the issuance of commemorative coins for the Hangzhou Asian Games. The set of commemorative coins issued a total of 3 pieces, including 1 gold coin and 2 silver coins, which are the legal tender of the people’s Republic of China. This set of gold and silver commemorative coins is authorized by Hangzhou Asian organizing committee, issued by the people’s Bank of China and distributed by China gold coin Group Co., Ltd. China Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Limited(601398) as the official partner of Hangzhou Asian Games, is the only commercial bank sales channel for naked gold and silver commemorative coins of Hangzhou Asian Games.
