The hot end components of superalloys such as aeroengine and gas turbine blades, casings, nozzle rings and deflectors produced by the company are in short supply, which provides a strong guarantee for the batch delivery and stable supply of key models of engines and gas turbines. Up to now, the company’s “two machines” business has accumulated more than 500 varieties of blade, ring parts and gearbox development orders. About 230 varieties have been developed and about 270 varieties are still in the development stage. Sufficient model reserves open space for the rapid growth of business in the future.
During the reporting period, the company’s nuclear energy new materials and parts industry maintained steady development and achieved a sales revenue of 30389000 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.64%. The company continues to optimize the process, overcome difficulties, and achieve rapid delivery of a variety of products. The order of “Hualong No. 1” main pump casing is stable, and the nuclear radiation shielding materials are supplied in batches. The company has made major breakthroughs in high-performance nuclear radiation shielding materials applied in important national fields, and it is expected to bring sufficient orders during the 14th Five Year Plan period.
During the reporting period, the company’s small turboshaft engine initially achieved serialization and pedigree development, and several models were completed and under development. 130 HP and 190 HP turboshaft engines have been localized and put into trial production. The UAV platform has completed the test flight on the sectorau at an altitude of 4200m.
