One of the three documents is the implementation opinion (2017) No. 61 of the office of Langfang Municipal People’s Government on further promoting the steady and healthy development of the city’s real estate market. On the afternoon of the 27th, China first finance and economics successively called the office of Langfang Housing Administration Bureau, the policy, regulation and law enforcement supervision section and Langfang real estate trading center to verify this. The relevant personnel of Langfang real estate trading center told reporters that at present, they have not received the notice, and the purchase of local houses by outsiders is still implemented according to the purchase restriction policy in 2017.
