On April 26, the reporter learned from Wenchang sub branch of the people’s Bank of China that under the guidance of Haikou Central sub branch of the people’s Bank of China, Wenchang sub branch of the people’s Bank of China, Wenchang Finance Bureau, Wenchang Meteorological Bureau and Bank Of Communications Co.Ltd(601328) Wenchang sub branch worked together to successfully transfer 1 million yuan of financial actually allocated funds from the Treasury to the digital RMB corporate wallet of Wenchang Meteorological Bureau, Realize the first digital RMB financial actual allocation business in Wenchang.
It is understood that the Wenchang branch of the people’s Bank of China recently organized Bank Of Communications Co.Ltd(601328) Wenchang sub branch to open a digital RMB corporate wallet with Wenchang Meteorological Bureau after learning about the work fund allocation plan of Wenchang Financial Bureau for Wenchang Meteorological Bureau. Wenchang Finance Bureau sets up the digital RMB corporate wallet of the payee in the integrated financial budget system, and sends the fund payment order to the treasury business system of the people’s Bank of China.
After receiving the fund payment order and verifying the corresponding paper bills, the Treasury of the people’s Bank of China appropriated the funds to the digital RMB corporate wallet of Wenchang Meteorological Bureau, realizing the automatic processing of the whole process from the financial sending of the payment order to the direct investment of digital RMB by the Treasury and Treasury funds of the people’s Bank of China.
The success of the actual financial allocation of digital RMB also marks that Hainan has taken the lead in realizing the full coverage of digital RMB from Treasury warehousing to outbound and from revenue to expenditure, which provides a strong driving force for the promotion of digital RMB.
