Evergrande real estate: the bondholders’ meeting voted and approved the proposal to adjust the “21 Evergrande 01” bond interest payment arrangement

Evergrande real estate announced on April 26 that the bond trustee China Securities Co.Ltd(601066) convened a meeting of “21 Evergrande 01” bondholders of Evergrande real estate, which was held from April 25, 2022 to April 26, 2022. The meeting voted and passed three proposals, including the proposal on changing the relevant time of the current bondholders’ meeting, the proposal on adjusting the interest payment arrangement of “21 Evergrande 01” bonds and the proposal on requiring the issuer to promise not to evade or scrap bonds.
