According to the order of the court, the liquidation group of brilliance Renault Shenyang Jinbei Automotive Company Limited(600609) Co., Ltd., led by Gao Wei, director of the comprehensive laws and Regulations Department of Liaoning SASAC, has been appointed by Shenyang intermediate people’s court as the manager to manage the reorganization.
The trading of the company’s shares on the stock exchange has been suspended from 9:00 a.m. on March 31, 2021, pending the implementation of the resumption guidelines contained in the company’s announcement dated May 31, 2021, and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
