On January 11, Yugu Giant Network Group Co.Ltd(002558) (002558) announced that it had signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement with the related party Shanghai golden partner Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (golden partner), and the two sides would carry out strategic cooperation in the field of digital marketing of consumer goods. (75%) and Hong Kong United Co., Ltd. (25%). The gold partner is an enterprise indirectly controlled by Shi Yuzhu, the actual controller of Giant Network Group Co.Ltd(002558) , and the above transactions constitute related party transactions.
