Dangdang mobile phone, bedding, underwear, down garment, feather quilt, mobile phone, massage apparatus, fabric steam engine, beauty instrument, wooden furniture, non medical mask, electronic lock, etc., are 12 kinds of products sold in the network. They are Tmall, Jingdong, tiktok, Suning.Com Co.Ltd(002024) , vip.com, Xiao Hong, millet, Taobao, Dangdang, real happiness, Gome, NetEase, mogujie.com, Beibei, netting, HUAWEI shopping mall, koala shopping, Kwai, meow street and 21 e-commerce platforms. A total of 2062 batches of products produced by 1932 enterprises were randomly selected. Among them, 313 batches of products suspected of being unlicensed, without factory name and address, counterfeiting, etc. have been handed over to the market supervision department where the enterprise is located. 1749 batches of products produced by 1624 enterprises were inspected. 386 batches of products were found to be unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 22.1%.
The General Administration of Commerce shall supervise and urge the local supervision departments to spot check the unqualified products in the e-commerce market immediately. Seal up and detain the unqualified products according to law, order the unqualified product sales enterprise to stop selling the same product, and comprehensively clean up and dispose of the unqualified products in stock according to law. Order the manufacturer of unqualified products to stop producing and selling the same product, clarify the rectification requirements, supervise and urge the implementation of rectification measures, and organize review in time. Those suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to the judicial organ in time. Enterprises with serious violations of law and dishonesty shall be included in the list of enterprises with serious violations of law and dishonesty.
