Among the complaints involving life insurance companies, the main complaints involved 1646 sales disputes, accounting for 56.14% of the total complaints of life insurance companies. The top 10 complaints about misleading sales disputes of life insurance companies are: 573 of Ping An Life Insurance China Life Insurance Company Limited(601628) 139 pieces; Investment promotion letter 73; 69 pieces of CPIC life insurance; 57 pieces of Xinhua life insurance; 55 pieces of TPL; 52 pieces of Taikang Life Insurance; 45 Sino US liantai; 42 pieces of sunshine life insurance; 23 Huaxia life insurance; 612 preservation disputes were involved, accounting for 20.87%.
