On April 25, the glory Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Pingshan District, Shenzhen was listed as “intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory”. On the same day, glory magic4 series mobile phone production line and glory manufacturing quality laboratory were opened to the public for the first time.
In February this year, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of market supervision jointly released the list of units to be listed in the 2021 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory, and Shenzhen glory Intelligent Machine Co., Ltd. was selected. The company is wholly owned by glory and is registered in glory Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park.

Glory said that glory Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park integrates the process and result data of the production site at each stage of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system to realize the transparency and visibility of production resources, the analysis of quality data and the traceability of production process. At present, glory Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park has achieved 100% CNC rate of key equipment and 95% networking rate of key equipment. Through opening up the key quality data of the whole process of the industrial chain such as partners, R & D and manufacturing, combined with big data analysis and modeling, we have built a global test big data quality early warning system to realize the end-to-end quality early warning of suppliers’ incoming materials, processing and manufacturing processes.
