This round of financing is led by Shenzhen Venture Capital, with additional investment from industrial investors Foxconn Industrial Internet Co.Ltd(601138) , guangsida and well-known professional investment institutions Dongfang Fuhai, Gaoling venture capital, Sequoia China, Kip capital and yuanhepuhua, as well as old shareholders IDG capital, Shunwei capital, Qinhe capital and Huaye Tiancheng capital. Yunxiu capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this round of financing.
“After the completion of the a + round of financing, Kaiyuan communication will increase investment to further consolidate the leading position of China’s BAW filter and accelerate the progress in the direction of modular production.” Jia bin, chairman of Kaiyuan communication, said that at present, the company’s products have reached the world-class level in terms of RF characteristics, mass production consistency, power tolerance, antistatic and moisture-proof characteristics, and have been widely recognized by customers.
Statistics show that Kaiyuan communication is a company focusing on providing 4G + / 5G advanced RF filters and module chips. It was established in Haicang District, Xiamen in 2018.
