On April 21, Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province held the 2022 international youth talent production intelligent cloud docking activity of "QingChuang future · Zhihui port city". On the same day, a total of 8 Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship projects were signed and settled, involving key areas of local industrial development such as new materials, life and health.
Since 2020, relying on the advantages of local industry, Ningbo Beilun has held the "international young talents production and intelligence docking activity" for three consecutive years. The activity has formed a brand effect, focused on the technical difficulties encountered in the development of enterprises in the region, explored high-quality talents, technology and project resources at home and abroad, and helped achieve accurate and efficient docking between industry and talent intelligence. So far, 63 Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship projects have been signed and settled.
At the event site, Zhang Shengjie, deputy director of the Organization Department of Beilun District Party committee and executive deputy director of the talent Office of Beilun District Party committee, officially launched the 2022 "strong port and strong district talent introduction project", which is divided into three categories: capital talent introduction team, innovation and entrepreneurship team and innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent. Based on the project, Beilun District will help the development and growth of talents and enterprises from four aspects: project support, enterprise support, talent introduction support and talent support.
During the event, young talent projects from five enterprises including Ningbo beiang biomaterials Co., Ltd., Ningbo fulcrum Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Benyuan Smart Technology Co., Ltd. carried out roadshows online and had in-depth exchanges with four investment institutions including Dongyuan venture capital, Ningbo angel investment, insight investment and Yuansheng venture capital.
Yu Haiyang, deputy director of the science and technology talent exchange and development service center of the Ministry of science and technology, said in a video speech that in the future, the center will continue to actively select and match more excellent young talents, carry out various forms of cooperation with Beilun, help Beilun tap more international talents, technology and project resources, and create a new model for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
