The research and development of 400 km / h high-speed railway train is in full swing, and the test speed has reached 435 km / h

The interface news learned from China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Railway Group) that recently, the world’s leading new high-speed comprehensive inspection train Fuxing, independently developed by China, was put into operation.

As a new technology verification platform for high-speed EMU, the vehicle participated in the early test of cr450 EMU development. According to the naming rules of Chinese railway trains, cr450 represents a train with a design speed of 400 kilometers per hour. At present, the fastest running speed of China’s high-speed railway trains is 350 kilometers per hour.

On April 12, the high-speed comprehensive inspection train successfully achieved a single train speed of 403 kilometers per hour and a relative intersection speed of 806 kilometers per hour in the tunnel in Badong Wanzhou section of Zheng Yu high-speed railway, setting a world record for the tunnel intersection speed of high-speed EMU trains.

On April 21, the train successfully achieved a single speed of 435 kilometers per hour and a relative intersection speed of 870 kilometers per hour on the open line at Puyang Zhengzhou section of Zhengzhou Jinan high-speed railway, setting a world record for the intersection speed of high-speed EMU trains on the open line.

The above record belongs to the intersection speed record, and the single vehicle speed has a higher record. The speed from Bengbu to Bengbu in 2011 was 0.486 km / h; The French high-speed railway set a test record of 574.8 km / h in 2007.

In terms of operation speed, China’s high-speed railway is still the fastest in the world. The maximum operation speed of Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway Co.Ltd(601816) , Beijing Tianjin Intercity Railway, Chengdu Chongqing high-speed railway and other lines is 350 km / h. Among other countries with relatively mature high-speed railway, the fastest speed of high-speed railway in Japan and France is 320 km / h, that in Spain is 310 km / h, and that in Germany and Italy is 300 km / h.

According to the person in charge of the science and Information Technology Department of China Railway Group, the development of the Fuxing high-speed comprehensive inspection train is based on the intelligent EMU of Beijing Zhangjiakou high-speed railway. It adopts 9 new technologies independently developed in China, such as eddy current braking, carbon ceramic brake disc, permanent magnet traction system and active control pantograph. It is composed of 4 motor cars and 4 trailers, which enhances the safety, reliability, efficiency and economy of the EMU train, and the overall performance has reached the world leading level, It has filled many technical gaps in China.

Since April this year, the new Fuxing high-speed comprehensive inspection train has carried out the advanced test of cr450 EMU development in Ji Zheng high-speed railway and Zheng Yu high-speed railway. More than 60 scientific tests such as dynamics, aerodynamics, resistance and noise under high-speed operation and high-speed intersection conditions have been carried out respectively on the open line and tunnel, and the characteristic data of EMU trains, high-speed railway subgrade, tunnel and other infrastructure under different working conditions have been obtained, Relevant indicators performed well.

These early tests mark the full launch of the “cr450 scientific and technological innovation project” included in the national “14th five year plan”, which will provide important technical support and guidance for the development of cr450 EMUs, and also provide important support and guarantee for the construction of safety standard demonstration line with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour.

The person in charge of the science and Information Department of China Railway Group pointed out that the new Fuxing high-speed comprehensive detection train was put into operation and successfully carried out a series of scientific tests, explored the boundary conditions of EMU Operation under higher speed conditions, and expanded the basic theoretical research and engineering practice experience of China’s high-speed railway, which is of great significance for consolidating China’s leading position in the world.
