According to the data of the Ministry of industry and information technology, China's chemical fiber output accounts for 70% of the world's total output, and chemical fiber accounts for 84% of China's total textile fiber processing. According to the opinions, by 2025, the investment intensity of R & D funds in the chemical fiber industry will reach 2%, and the R & D and manufacturing capacity of high-performance fibers will meet the national strategic needs; The digital popularization rate of enterprise operation and management reaches 80%, and the numerical control rate of key processes reaches 80%.; The proportion of green fiber has increased to more than 25%, the annual average output of bio based chemical fiber and degradable fiber materials has increased by more than 20%, the comprehensive utilization level and scale of waste resources have further developed, and the carbon emission intensity of the industry has been significantly reduced.
The opinion proposes to provide consumers with personalized, fashionable, functional and green products, and continue to expand the effective supply of medium and high-end products. Improve the chemical fiber standard system for the coordinated development of national standards, industrial standards, group standards and enterprise standards, and give full play to the role of group standards in guiding industrial development and stimulating innovation vitality. Expand the brand influence of "Chinese fiber fashion trend" and "green fiber". Enhance consumers' awareness of Chinese fibers and corporate brands, and promote the internationalization of Chinese fibers and corporate brands. Encourage enterprises to establish a brand cultivation management system, strengthen the construction of brand management team, deepen the in-depth cooperation between upstream and downstream industries, and expand brand influence.
