Recently, under the leadership of Chen lunping, mayor of Gushi Town, Nanxiong City and relevant responsible persons, business owners inspected the Rural Revitalization comprehensive demonstration base project located in danbu village, Nanxiong City, and learned about the development, internal potential and great significance of the project on the spot.
“We have connected with a new type of comprehensive agricultural business entity, and will further negotiate with them in the future. We are interested in introducing and developing comprehensive treatment projects to maximize the value of land resources and assets.” Chen lunping, mayor of Gushi Town, said that since the implementation of the project, Gushi town has actively introduced market players to drive villagers’ large-scale planting, standardized production and industrialized management, and continuously enhance the driving force of sustainable development for Rural Revitalization.
In 2021, the signing of the comprehensive demonstration base project for Rural Revitalization in Gushi Town, Nanxiong City was completed and officially implemented. This year, Gushi town will continue to be based on reality, make full use of advantageous resources, actively introduce new business entities, vigorously develop characteristic industries, promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry, consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation with industrial development, and boost rural revitalization.
In the past year, the comprehensive demonstration base for Rural Revitalization in Gushi Town, after passing the comprehensive treatment of hongshaling, has a land remediation area of Ingenic Semiconductor Co.Ltd(300223) mu, which has effectively improved the soil fertility and soil regeneration capacity in the region, improved the conditions of land production and utilization, and improved the Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) function.
At present, Guangdong Huadian Shaoguan Nanxiong danbu 30mwp agricultural light complementary project has 500 mu of land in the base, with an annual power generation of 33 million kWh and an expected benefit of 14.85 million yuan.
“We started to implement the photovoltaic project in July 2021 and basically completed the main construction by October 2021.” Zeng Jinyuan, deputy secretary of the Party committee of Gushi Town, introduced that the second project is to plant honeysuckle and interplant 220 mu of honeysuckle under the gap of photovoltaic panels. There will be output and harvest by the end of this month.
Next, the base will train and cultivate local rich leaders to drive rural entrepreneurship, increase income and provide stable employment in the way of “company + base + rich leaders”, so as to make the town full of industrial flowers, consolidate the industrial foundation of Rural Revitalization and make the fruits of development shared by the masses more fruitful.
“In order not to abandon wasteland and develop and expand the village collective economy, we also planted nearly 400 mu of yellow tobacco.” Zeng Jinyuan told the author, “in the next step, we will also actively connect with the main business entities to find suitable projects for development and operation.”
