It is reported that Urumqi Asia Europe Rare Metals Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary under the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Xinjiang Autonomous Region and the Department of finance of Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Its business scope includes the production, processing and sales of metal lithium and lithium salt series products, lithium alloy, lithium profile, new materials and lithium salt by-products.
