According to Xinhua news agency and media reports, after Saic Motor Corporation Limited(600104) started the pressure test of resumption of production on April 18, Tesla Shanghai Super factory in Shanghai Lingang Holdings Co.Ltd(600848) also officially resumed work on April 19.
According to Tesla, a total of about 8000 Tesla employees arrived on April 19. At present, Tesla is fully coordinating the upstream and downstream industrial chain of parts to support the resumption of work and production. According to the list of the first batch of 666 key enterprises for resumption of work and production in Shanghai released recently, “Tesla (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.” and “saiyasen Automotive Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.” located in Shanghai Lingang Holdings Co.Ltd(600848) are among them. Among them, the former is classified as “discontinued enterprises that must return to work”, while the latter is “enterprises that need to return to work at the same time with Tesla”. Among the 666 first batch of key enterprises to resume production in Shanghai, in addition to Tesla, there are more than 200 “automobile industry chain supporting” enterprises.
