Hainan Development Holdings Nanhai Co.Ltd(002163) 4 announced on April 17 that the non-public offering of A-Shares in 2021 disclosed by the company on April 10, 2021 is in the preparatory stage up to now.
The company issued an announcement of abnormal trading fluctuation on the same day due to the cumulative deviation of closing price decline of more than 20% in three consecutive trading days (April 13, 14 and 15, 2022).
The announcement also said that the matters disclosed by the company on April 10, 2021 that the controlling shareholders support the company’s layout and integration of duty-free goods business and promise to inject relevant assets and businesses have not involved changes so far.
The company said that at present, the production and operation are normal and the internal and external business environment has not changed significantly.
On April 12, the company also issued an announcement of abnormal trading fluctuations due to the cumulative deviation of the closing price increase of more than 20% in three consecutive trading days (April 8, 11 and 12, 2022).
