According to the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, Zhao Weihua, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of Zhongyuan Trust Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violation of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing discipline review and supervision investigation by the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Zhao Weihua, male, Han nationality, was born in Anyang, Henan Province in March 1977. He began working in August 1999 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1998. He has a postgraduate degree and a master’s degree in management.
From August 1999 to June 2006, successively served as accountant, loan officer, full-time loan approver, deputy manager and manager of real estate financial business department of Real Estate Credit Department of China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) Henan Branch of China;
From June 2006 to February 2014, he successively served as the credit review manager of risk management department of China Citic Bank Corporation Limited(601998) Zhengzhou branch, the president assistant of Zhengzhou Zijingshan road sub branch, the general manager assistant of risk management department and retail banking department of Zhengzhou branch, the deputy general manager and general manager of risk management department of Zhengzhou branch, and the general manager of credit approval department of Zhengzhou branch;
February, 2014 to December, 2014: head of the business department of the reform and restructuring Leading Group Office of some urban commercial banks in Sichuan Province;
December 2014 to January 2018: Assistant to the president of Zhongyuan bank;
