Sanlux Co.Ltd(002224) plans to raise no more than 900 million yuan

Sanlux Co.Ltd(002224) disclose the plan for non-public offering of shares. The issuance targets no more than 35 specific investors in line with the provisions of the CSRC, and the total amount of funds raised is no more than 900 million yuan. The net amount of funds raised after deducting the issuance expenses will be used for the 500 million a-meter rubber V-belt Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project and the construction project of digital intelligent management platform.
